I have a graduate degree in Intelligent Decision Support Systems and have been building solutions to transform unstructured data into meaningful dashboards since 2007.

I love helping companies measure performance, understand customer preferences and optimize routines. To achieve that, I have developed ETL processes, data warehouses and reports for industries including digital marketing, retail, finance, logistics, telecom and insurance. I am a fan of author Ralph Kimball’s data warehouse development approach and have developed many dimensional data models based on his tips.

For one of the most complex projects that I have worked on, using Weka I designed a logistic regression model to optimize open rates for email marketing.
